1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Flowdget you accept these Terms together with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you don't agree with either, please don't use the app.
2. License
Flowdget is licensed to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis, in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA. You may use the app on any iOS device tied to your Apple ID, within the limits of Apple's terms.
3. In-App Purchases (Premium)
Flowdget offers two premium options:
- Lifetime Premium: a one-time, non-recurring purchase. Once unlocked, premium access remains active for as long as the app exists on your Apple ID.
- Monthly subscription: automatically renews every month. You can cancel it at any time from iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
All payments are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Flowdget never stores or processes your payment information.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple, in accordance with its refund policy. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Flowdget has neither the technical ability nor the contractual authority to issue a refund directly.
5. No financial advice
Flowdget is a tool for categorising and visualising personal expenses. It does not constitute financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Figures, charts and suggestions shown in the app are for informational purposes only. You remain solely responsible for verifying your own financial data and for any decision you make based on it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flowdget and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect damages, data loss, financial loss or consequence arising from a misinterpretation of the data displayed, a categorisation error, a software bug, a lost un-exported backup, or a device malfunction. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor to the inalienable consumer rights granted by European law.
7. “As is” warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranty regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We do our best to keep it useful and reliable, but we can't guarantee anything beyond what European consumer law requires.
8. Changes to the service
The developer reserves the right to evolve the app (new features, fixes, removal of obsolete features) and to update these Terms. Any material change will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by European Union law and, where applicable, by the mandatory consumer law provisions in force in your place of residence. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the rules of private international law.
